Chapter provide high-quality student accommodation for UK and international students at prestigious colleges and universities. The client partnered with City Group Security to safeguard their properties and students, creating a relaxed but professional front-of-house concierge and security service.
City Group Security deliver extensive training for this contract including first aid, safeguarding, equality, diversity & inclusion, mental health awareness and customer service excellence. We use formal and flexible learning platforms that track staff engagement to verify learning and match this to standards of customer satisfaction.
Dedicated contract management helps us to adapt service hours according to seasonal demand, events and community activities. We use SmartTask security software to share performance and incident evidence with the client, to manage risks proactively.
- Front of House security and concierge role with SIA licensed staff with
