Dragana Petricevic

Head of HR

Dragana joined City Group in June 2020, with over 6 years of practical experience in a service led HR and Recruitment environment, as well as the knowledge gained through her MSc in Labour and Social Law. She has a proven track record of working with Senior Management teams to deliver strategies around recruiting the best people and developing management talent. Dragana is passionate about employee engagement and leads our investment in our staff as well as being responsible for production and adherence to our policies, procedures, and legal obligations.

Rhys Trigg

Head of Waking Watch Services

A former Met Police Officer with 11 years’ service, Rhys has worked in the Security Industry for 20 years, the last 13 of which have been with City Group. Rhys is currently Head of our Waking Watch services and as a qualified Fire Marshall and Risk Assessor, he has developed a real understanding and expertise in this specialised service. His excellent interpersonal communication skills and calm demeanor make him ideal to manage this key requirement. Rhys represents City Group as an active member of the Fire Protection Association.

Andre Crous

Head of Compliance and Health & Safety

Andre joined us as Head of Compliance and is responsible for all Certifications, Accreditations, Audits, General compliance matters and Health and Safety. Andre has more than 10 years’ experience working in the industry and the regulator, the SIA, as well as the leading certification body, the NSI. For the past 8 years Andre was head of Quality and Compliance for a multi-national security provider where he obtained a wealth of experience. He is a firm believer in continual improvement, leading this through the engagement of people.

James Mortimer

Head of Operations

Following a military career in the Army, James started working in the private Security Industry, working for several companies before joining City Security Services in 1996. Originally, he started life in a senior sales role and has an extensive knowledge of the market in London and the Home Counties. James leads our operational team and is passionate about delivering bespoke client solutions and nurturing strong and beneficial client relationships.

Dwayne Dunkley

Operations Manager

Dwayne attained a BA(Hons) in Business Studies and is currently working towards a triple MBA in Technology Management. Following a 7 year career with the RAF, he has 11 years of Account Management experience, across a diverse range of industries, and has a proven track record of showing operational awareness, management and leadership skills. Dwayne joined us in 2019 and his aim is to develop and nurture customer relationships and deliver efficiencies and growth within his customer base.

Donna Liddle

Operations Manager

Donna has been involved in the security business for several years. Initially, she worked in the retail sector, specialising is loss prevention with several high profile, high street retailers. Donna joined City Security Services in 2018 and has worked in the Control Room prior to becoming an Operations Manager. Donna possesses great people skills and develops great relationships with her clients and her teams, leading them to deliver a great service.

James Langford

Head of IT

James joined City Group in 2020, becoming a key member of our senior team. With our aim of efficiency through smart technology, he plays a key role in the design and delivery of this aspiration. James has worked with computers since the age of 7 and destined for a role in IT, started work life in computer sciences, initially in a sales capacity. Moving into a technical role where he was better suited, James became integral in the delivery of one of the first online e-learning companies. James has experience in delivery of vehicle telematics as well as communications sectors and we feel extremely lucky to have him overseeing our technology strategy.

Mike Willox

Managing Director

Mike joined City Group in mid-2020 having enjoyed a 24-year career in the security industry, primarily with two of the major UK and International organisations. His role is to work with the shareholders to transform the business into one that creates true partnerships with clients and to deliver mutually beneficial relationships. Mike is working with his senior team to ensure that the business demonstrates leadership and inspires our staff to deliver a great service to our fabulous client base. Mike is passionate about managing through his front line staff and is working towards making City Group an employer of choice.

Cara Clarke

PA to the Shareholders

Cara has been working in the Security industry for the last 10 years. Starting off in electronic security, running a branch for a national business and then moving into manned security Cara has worked in a diversity of positions which has built her knowledge within the industry. Cara joined City Security in 2019 to help to manage the implementation of new software and processes to streamline operations and refine efficiencies whilst improving the overall customer experience. Cara is that essential link between IT and Operations to allow seamless integration and practicality.

Roberto Baldacci

Shareholder

Rob studied and worked hard for many years through small SME to Large PLC businesses to understand and nurture relationships both internally and externally leading to the right commercial benefit for the desired results. Having spent time studying various methods and theories around Sales, Negotiation and NLP, he has honed skills to lead and develop teams to deliver amazing results as well as mange direct external achievements for shareholders. Having a very systematic outlook I have been able to improve efficiencies in businesses form accounting programs and strategies through to delivering and embracing one-page business plans for multiple businesses.

Jonathan Wakerley

Shareholder

Jonathan is a dynamic, self-directed professional who is always striving for success. A leader and decision maker who works with people as part of a team setting clear objectives and implementation of processes. Whilst ensuring that a business has the best working environment and processes needed for optimum operational efficiency. A high performing individual who has the ability to calmly bring order to chaos, with drive and an eye for detail, providing improvements in margins and growth in sales and field operations. Jonathan has 25 years of knowledge and experience in the security industry with a proven track record for success in both organic and acquisition strategies.

Richard Jones

Head of Finance

Richard is a vastly experienced Finance Director with over 25 years’ experience in the finance sector, he specialises in helping complex organisations find finance for growth and achieve stepped increases in scale. He has held a number of senior finance roles with international companies, managing complex treasury functions and overseeing scores of company acquisitions including many in the security sector.

Ian Sharp

Control Room Manager

Ian has been employed in the security industry for over 40 years. He has worked as a security supervisor for a large retailer in addition to being a Supervisor for a large shopping centre, where he was promoted to Assistant Security Manager to oversee the multimillion extension to the centre. Ian has training in delivering Door Supervision, Security Officer and CCTV training to gain SIA badges and was an NVQ traininer in CCTV, Customer Service and Security. Ian has a wealth of experience and knowledge with our clients having worked for City Security Services as our Control Room Manager for the last 11 years.
